摘要
现代医学科学的发展,往往离不开材料科学,尤其是医用生物材料的发展[1-2]。生物材料植入体内后发挥组织修复、功能重建作用,依赖于生物材料良好的组织相容性和生物活性。生物医用材料,它是指对生物体进行诊断、治疗和置换损伤组织、器官或增进其功能的材料。生物材料的发展经历了3个阶段,即:20世纪60、70年代的第一代生物材料大多数为微生物惰性材料;20世纪80年代开发了生物降解高分子材料;
Biological material is a product of cross fusion between materials science and life science. Development of biological materials has gone through three stages: microbial inert material, biodegradable polymer material, substituendum combining of engineering sciences and life sciences. At present, the development of China's medical biomaterials faces two problems:( 1) Lack of innovation and independent brands.( 2) Insufficient transformation of scientific research achievements and disjoint between biological material research and clinical application. Practice has proved that scientific research should adhere to independent innovation, tight combination of biological material research and clinical application, and sufficient transformation of scientific research achievements, which is the only way to benefit the society. This article briefly reviewed the research status and development trend of biological materials from 5 articles on biological materials, and analyzed problems that need to be paid attention to in the field of biological materials in China.
