摘要
根据某发动机检测生产线的生产状况等基本信息,运用Plant Simulation软件提供的模块建立仿真模型,分别对发动机检测生产线在理想工作情况以及实际随机因素存在的情况下进行仿真运行实验,形象直观的对比分析了生产线的产量、设备负荷率及瓶颈等问题。并以此为依据对发动机检测生产线进行了初步优化,再次仿真结果显示此生产线的生产能力得到了提高。仿真实验展示了仿真技术在生产系统中的良好应用前景。
According to the production and other information of the engine testing line,make full use of the module provided by Plant Simulation software to build the simulation model; run the model of engine testing line in the case of both ideal working condition and the condition that actual random factors exist,then analyses the production,burden rate of the equipment and the bottleneck issue,etc. of the line. Based on this,optimize the engine testing line,and the result of the simulation shows that the production has increased.This simulation experiment shows a good prospect of application of simulation technology in the production system.
