硅溶胶/二氧化钛包覆中空玻璃微珠的研究

摘要 采用硅溶胶和钛白粉直接包覆法,制得硅溶胶/金红石型二氧化钛包覆中空玻璃微珠,并利用SEM、EDS和导热系数测定研究不同包覆条件对中空玻璃微珠强度及隔热性能的影响。结果表明,硅溶胶单独包覆中空玻璃微珠和硅溶胶/钛白粉复合包覆中空玻璃微珠均能形成包覆层,可增大中空玻璃微珠强度,但硅溶胶单独包覆会减弱涂料的隔热效果;当中空玻璃微珠、硅溶胶、钛白粉质量比为3∶1∶1时,复合包覆后中空玻璃微珠所制隔热涂料的强度和隔热性能达到最佳值。 Silica-sol/rutile TiO2 coated hollow glass beeds(HGB)were prepared by direct cladding method with silica-sol and titanium dioxide as the raw materials.The effect of different coating conditions on the strength and thermal insulation properties of HGB was characterized by SEM,EDS and determination of thermal conductivity.The results show that both silica-sol and silica-sol/rutile TiO2 can be enwrapped on the surface of HGB and increase its strength as a consequence.However,the paint prepared by silica-sol coated HGBs exhibits relatively inferior thermal insulation effect.When the weight ratio of HGB,silica-sol and TiO2 is 3∶1∶1,the strength and thermal insulation properties of the paint prepared by silica-sol/rutile TiO2 coated HGB are the optimal.
