摘要 南海深水区海洋环境恶劣,台风和孤立内波频发,深水钻完井工程设计和作业难度大、风险高。为提高我国深水油气勘探开发技术水平,实现海上钻完井技术研发、工程设计和作业能力由浅水向深水和超深水的跨越式发展,经过十余年技术攻关和作业实践,形成了具有自主知识产权的深水钻完井关键技术体系,首次建立了深水钻完井作业指南、技术标准和规范体系,克服了南海特殊环境条件下的技术挑战和作业难题,满足了深水油气钻完井安全、高效的作业要求,并钻成了最大作业水深近2 500 m的第1批自营深水井,开启了我国油气勘探开发挺进深水的新征程。 In the deepwater areas in the South China Sea, the marine environment is inclement, typhoon and isolated internal wave frequently occur, and the engineering design and operation of deepwater drilling and completion feature great dififculty and high risk. In order to improve the exploration and development technology of deepwater oil and gas in China, and realize the leapfrog development of technical research and development, engineering design and operation capacity of offshore drilling and completion from shallow water to deepwater and ultra-deepwater, after about 10 years technological breakthroughs and operation practices, the key technical system of deepwater drilling and completion with proprietary intellectual property rights has been formed, the operation guide, technical standard and speciifcation system of deepwater drilling and completion has been established for the ifrst time, the technical challenges and opera-tion dififculties under special environmental conditions in the South China Sea have been overcome, the safe and efifcient operation requirements of deepwater oil and gas drilling and completion have been satisifed, the ifrst batch of deepwater wells with the maximum operation water depth of 2 500 m have been drilled, and the new journey in the deepwater oil and gas exploration and development of China has been started.
