摘要
目的研究使用酮替芬对慢性咳嗽进行治疗的效果。方法选择64例慢性咳嗽的患者,随机分成两组,对照组使用枇杷止咳胶囊,观察组则使用酮替芬进行治疗。对比两组治疗有效率和不良反应。结果观察组的治疗效果和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用酮替芬对慢性咳嗽进行治疗,实际效果好,发生的不良反应少。
Objective To study the use of ketotifen in treatment of chronic cough. Methods 64 patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into two groups,the control group used loquat cough capsules,and the observation group using ketotifen treatment. Compared two groups of treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions. Results The effect of the observation group and the incidence of adverse reactions were better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of ketotifen in treatment of chronic cough,the actual effect is better,fewer adverse reactions occur.
