摘要
目的了解高职护理专业学生的沟通知识与沟通技能水平及影响因素,分析其影响因素,进而提出提高护生人际沟通能力的对策。方法采用一般资料问卷、人际沟通知识量表和人际沟通技能量表,对随机抽取的436名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果护生沟通知识水平较低(t=14.13),护生人际沟通技能水平较高(t=23.46)。影响护生人际沟通知识的因素主要有:性别、性格因素;影响护生人际沟通技能的因素主要有:性别、生源地、专业课程成绩、专业认同度、性格。结论一般资料中不同特征护生人际沟通知识和沟通技能水平有差异,可根据实际情况对护生进行培养。护生沟通知识相对缺乏,沟通技能水平较高,在护理教学中应该注重普及沟通知识,利用各种教学平台,增加学生沟通实践机会,提高学生沟通水平,促进护生专业发展。
Objective To explore higher vocational nursing students' levels of communication knowledge and communication skills and the influence factors so as to propose some measures for boosting students' interpersonal communication ability. Methods The basic informatio n questionnaires, interpersonal communication knowledge scales and interpersonal communication skill scales were used to survey 436 nursing students randomly chosen from higher vocational colleges. Results The nursing students' level of interpersonal communication knowledge was low (t=14.13), while their level of interpersonal communication skill was high (t=23.46). The influence factors related to interpersonal communication knowledge were found to be sex and personality factors, and the influence factors related to interpersonal communication skills were sex, source place of students, performance in major courses, the degree of professional recognition and personality. Conclusion The basic information questionnair es revealed that there existed some difference in communication knowledge and communication skills. The nursing students are lacking in interpersonal communication knowledge although their level of interpersonal communication skill was high. Interpersonal communication knowledge should be spread to students in nursing class, and their communication level can be promoted by .providing the students with educational platforms for practice in order to get good professional development.
