摘要
目的分析与探讨老年冠心病患者护理干预中健康教育的重要作用。方法将158例老年冠心病患者,以随机方式分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施个性化健康教育,对两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度、健康教育前后患者的健康行为影响与健康教育达标等进行观察对比。结果观察组与对照组患者的健康知识掌握情况的评分(冠心病知识、自我保健知识),护理满意度等,均有显著差异,P<0.05。结论加强个性化健康教育,可以改善患者的健康行为,提高患者的健康知识掌握程度,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze and discuss the important role of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart health education. Methods 158 cases of coronary heart disease in elderly patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group of conventional health education, observation group to implement personalized health education, health knowledge mastery of two groups of patients, satisfaction with care, health education of patients before and after the impact of health behavior and health education standards were observed compared. Results The control group of patients and health knowledge to grasp the situation of the score(coronary heart disease knowledge, self-care knowledge), nursing satisfaction, were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion Strengthening personalized health education can improve health behaviors of patients and improve health knowledge mastery of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
