摘要
目的研究分析老年性肺气肿患者接受雾化吸入治疗的护理方式。方法 2012年6月~2013年9月我院共接收了60例老年性肺气肿患者,对这些患者接受雾化吸入治疗的护理方式和效果进行分析。结果全部患者接受了护理服务之后,止血效果良好,均无并发症病例出现。结论雾化吸入治疗老年性肺气肿的效果比较好,在治疗过程中结合良好的护理服务能够提升治疗质量和患者满意度,缓解负面情绪,临床中的不良反应率低,安全性比较高,结合护理服务能够发挥出更大的效果,临床中使用效果好。
Objective To study the nursing care of patients with senile emphysema patients receiving atomization inhalation treatment. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with emphysema were received from June 2012 to September 2013, and the treatment of these patients were treated by atomization inhalation treatment method and effect analysis. Results All patients received nursing service, the hemostatic effect is good, no complications were found. Conclusion The effect of atomization inhalation in the treatment of senile emphysema is better. In the course of treatment combined with good nursing service can improve the quality of treatment and patient satisfaction, ease the negative emotions, the clinical adverse reaction rate is low, the safety is relatively high, combined with nursing service can play a greater effect, clinical use of good effect.
