摘要
通过对山西省1594位农村居民抽样调查,分析了农村居民的旅游经历、旅游动机、出游影响因素、旅游行为特征、旅游感知和态度特征,并对实际出游市场和潜在出游市场两个细分市场的特征进行了对比分析,结果表明:1)山西省农村居民出游率高,出游动机多元化,以放松心情、满足孩子兴趣和探亲访友为主,收入和时间是其未能出游的主要影响因素。2)山西省农村居民的旅游活动行为处在基本层次,旅游消费水平较低,对价格较为敏感,出游经验不丰富,参团出游的比例最大,但是消费潜能巨大。海滨胜地、自然保护区和现代化大都市是其较为青睐的旅游目的地。3)实际出游市场和潜在出游市场的旅游花费、出游方式、旅游偏好存在显著差异。
The characteristics of tourist behaviors and tourist perceptions and attitudes were analyzed from the perspective of tourist experiences,tourist motivations and influence factors for rural residents' touring,based on sampling surveys of 1594 rural residents with questionnaires in Shanxi province. The characteristics of actual travel market and potential travel market were also analyzed contrastively. The results showed that:( 1) Rural residents' travel rate in Shanxi province was high. Their main tourist motivations were to get relaxed,increase knowledge and visit friends and relatives. Income and time were the main influence factors for them.( 2) Rural residents' action level was at basic level. Their consumption level was low. They were very sensitive to price,however,their consumption potential was huge. They were short of travel experience,and most of them chose to join touring groups. Seaside resort,nature reserve and modern metropolis were their preferred tourist destinations.( 4) Comparing with actual travel market and potential travel market it was found that the two segments had significant differences in travel expenses,travel mode and travel preferences.
