摘要
配气机构是柴油机重要的运动机构,其性能直接影响柴油机的动力性、经济性和耐久性,因此对配气机构动力学性能的分析具有重要的研究价值。论文建立了配气机构多刚体动力学模型和多柔体动力学模型,研究了不同工作转速、不同气门弹簧刚度和气体爆发压力对配气机构多刚体模型和多柔体模型动力学性能的影响,研究发现在某些工况下产生气门飞脱和构件反跳等现象,气门弹簧刚度对配气机构各个构件之间接触力影响比较大,但是对气门落座速度几乎没有影响。研究结果为配气机构的优化和自主开发提供了可靠的依据。
Valve train is important mechanism in diesel engine. The performance of the valve train affects the economic, power, and wear performance of the engine. So the dynamic analysis of the valve train have great practical value. This study complete the multi rigid body dynamics model of valve train and multi flexible body dynamics model. Research the influence of different working speed, different valve spring stiffness and the cylinder gas pressure on the dynamic performance of multi rigid body model and the multi flexible body. The study found produce flying off valve and member rebound in certain conditions. Valve spring stiffness on the impact of the contact force between the various member Valve is relatively large, but almost no effect on the valve seating velocity. The results of this study provides a reliable basis for the optimization and independent development of valve-train.
