摘要
同行评审作为一种文档审查程序,需要相同领域里的其他专家学者来对作者的学术作品或理念进行评议,从而尽早而有效地排除设计思想中存在的不足。在不同行业的应用领域里,同行评审具有不同的战略定位和操作规程。以机载电子产品的研发过程为背景,讨论同行评审的业务模型和信息化模型,探索同行评审在产品研发阶段中的具体应用。
Peer review,as a kind of documents examination process,needs other experts of the same field to review the academic work or ideas,in order to exclude the shortage of the design concept effectively.It has different strategic objectives and operation regulations in the different fields.This article makes the developing process of aircraft electronics as the background of the research.It discusses the business and informationalized model,and explores the specific application of the products developing process in peer review.
