摘要 基于化学溶胞技术,分别考察了双氧水、Fenton试剂、高铁酸钾、次氯酸钠4种强氧化剂对污泥脱水性能的影响,通过污泥脱水效果和药剂成本比较确定调理污泥的最佳氧化剂为双氧水,并通过正交试验研究了双氧水调理污泥的影响因素和最佳条件。结果表明:对污泥脱水性能影响较大的因素为双氧水投加量、污泥初始pH值和污泥初始浓度,而调理时间和温度则影响较小;双氧水调理污泥时的最佳条件为30%双氧水投加量为0.15mL/g、污泥初始pH值为3、调理温度范围为10~30℃、调理时间为1h、污泥初始浓度为12000mg/L;在最佳条件下,泥饼含水率和污泥比阻相比空白样分别降低了12.40%和64.25%。 Based on the chemical cell lysis, this paper investigates the effects of four strong oxidants on sludge dew- aterability including hydrogen peroxide, Fenton reagent, potassium ferrate and sodium hypochlorite. By comparing the sludge dewaterability and the drug cost, hydrogen peroxide is found to be the best antioxidant for sludge condi- tioning among these four oxidants. Then the paper studies the influencing factors and optimal conditions for sludge conditioning by hydrogen peroxide. The results show that hydrogen peroxide dosing quantity, initial pH and con- centration of sludge have a greater influence on dewaterability, while the impact of both conditioning time and tem- perature is smaller. The optimal conditions for sludge conditioning are as follows: 30% hydrogen peroxide dosage of 0.15 mL/g, initial pH of 3 and concentration of sludge of 12 000 mg/L, respectively, and conditioning temper- ature range of 10~30℃, and conditioning time of 60 minutes. Under these conditions, the moisture content of sludge cake and SRF decreases by 12.40% and 64.25 %, respectively, compared to the control sample.
