摘要
选取了4种普通的装饰装修材料——化纤窗帘、纯棉窗帘、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、尼龙地毯,采用SCY-1型建筑材料烟密度测定仪测量各种材料燃烧过程中烟密度的变化,并通过对比试验考察了在材料中加入水凝胶灭火剂后对各种材料烟密度的影响。结果表明:同种材料,加入水凝胶灭火剂后最大烟密度、总产烟量和烟密度等级均有增加,但加入水凝胶灭火剂的材料开始产烟的时间比未加入水凝胶灭火剂的时间延迟;4种装饰装修材料中,聚苯乙烯泡沫板的最大烟密度、总产烟量和烟密度等级最大。
This study measures the smoke density changes during combustion process of four selected com- mon decoration materials including chemical fiber curtain, pure cotton curtain, polystyrene foam board and nylon carpet by adopting the building materials smoke density tester SCY-1. Also the study conducts a comparison experiment to investigate the influence of adding the hydrogel fire-extinguishing agent to the materials on smoke density of the four materials. The results show that after adding the fire-extinguishing agent, the maximum smoke density(MSD), total production of smoke and smoke density rating(SDR)all in- crease for each material with a time delay of the smoke emerging ~ among the four materials,the above indi- cators of the polystyrene foam board are the highest.
