一种UHF RFID读写器射频前端隔离部分设计方案研究

摘要 基于提高超高频射频识别读写器发射端与接收端的隔离度以及接收电路的接收灵敏度的目的,在分析当前驻留超高频射频识别读写器载波泄漏解决反感的基础上,提出了一种载波泄漏抑制电路.该电路采用信号等副反相叠加消去的方法,使用通用射频芯片搭建而成.通过对该电路进行理论仿真并在矢量网络分析仪的实际测试,结果表明,本载波泄漏抑制电路的手法隔离度大于60 dB,且具有接收电路保护功能,能够满足系统的应用指标. To improve the isolation between the transmit part and receive part of Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification reader, ways to solve carrier-leakage are analyzed, then a carrier-leakage-restraining circuit is presented. Eliminate method that two signals add up whose power is same and the phase is opposite is used, and the circuit is made of universal RF chips.The circuit is simulated and measured, the result shows that the isolation of the circuit is greater than 60dB, and the protection of receive circuit is available, the index of system is satisfied.
