摘要
目的通过对比朝阳区紧急医疗救援绩效管理实施前后各救援分中心工作数量、工作质量情况的改变,分析产生这些改变的原因,为绩效管理进一步完善提供依据。方法运用χ^2分析绩效管理实施前后各项指标改变。结果月均出车次数增加2.96次、2min超时率降低0.58次、90min超时率降低2.73%,救治率、设备使用率、有效出车率指标未明显改善。结论绩效管理的实施提升了各分中心急救人员工作效率,但由于急救需求结构、服务供给体系不唯一等客观因素存在,工作质量指标未能明显改善。
Objective To analyze the changes observed in implementation of the performance managementin order to make the method more effective. Methods The chi-square test was adopted in making comparison on those changes of indicators. Results It revealed an increased 2.96% of average monthly workload,a decreased0.58% of 2-minute overtime,a decrease 2.73% of90-minute timeout; no significant changes were observed on survival rate, usage of equipment and efficient dispatch. Conclusion The performance managementis considered being effective in enhancing the center emergency staff' s productivity. However, due to the factors like emergency demand structure and service delivery system, the work quality improvement needs to be further observed.
