固相烧结合成WSe2纳米棒的微观形貌及摩擦学性能

摘要 将钨粉和硒粉按物质的量比为1∶2.2混合并球磨后,再在600~800℃进行固相烧结合成了纳米WSe2,对其微观形貌进行表征;然后将在600℃合成的WSe2纳米棒作为润滑油添加剂加入到HVI500基础油中,研究了它的摩擦学性能。结果表明:在700,800℃合成的纳米WSe2为片状,在600℃合成的纳米WSe2为棒状,该纳米棒的直径约为500nm,长约为800nm;与HVI500基础油相比,2%WSe2纳米棒+HVI500基础油的摩擦因数约降低了40%,具有较好的减摩作用。 W and Se powders were mixed and ball-milled with the molar ratio of W to Se of 1∶2 .2 ,and then nano-WSe2 was synthesized by solid state sintering at 600 - 800 ℃.The morphology of nano-WSe2 was characterized.Some WSe2 nanorods sythesized at 600 ℃ were adding to HVI500 oil to study its tribological properties.The results show that WSe2 sythesized at 700 ℃ and 800℃ exhibited flat and WSe2 nanorods with diameters of about 500 nm and lengths of about 800 nm were synthesized at 600 ℃.Compared with HVI500 oil,the friction coefficient of the HVI500 oil containing 2wt% WSe2 nanorods reduced by 40% or so,and the lubricant had relactivey good friction reduction ability.
