摘要
某电厂机组的轴承下部弹簧发生断裂,通过对断裂弹簧进行化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验及断口分析,研究了轴承弹簧的断裂原因。结果表明:轴承弹簧断裂的性质为疲劳断裂,弹簧断裂的主要原因是弹簧表面存在原始缺口且服役环境中含有腐蚀性介质。
The bearing spring of lower part on a turbine of one power plant had fractured. By means of chemical compositions analysis,hardress test,metallographic inspection and fracture surface analysis,the fracture reasons of the bearing spring were researched. The results show that the fracture mechanism of the bearing spring was fatigue fracture.The fracture failure of the spring was due to original defect of spring surface and corrosive medium in the service environment.
