摘要
通过紫外人工加速方法研究挤压AZ31镁基体上环氧涂层和微弧氧化陶瓷层的吸光及防腐性能。结果表明:两种黑色涂层均为高吸收涂层,经1 250 h的紫外辐照后吸光率仍保持稳定,但有机涂层阻抗值下降3个数量级,黑色陶瓷层阻抗值保持稳定;环氧涂层的异丙基和亚甲基基团在紫外辐照下易发生光氧化降解,破坏涂层结构,降低腐蚀性能;陶瓷层是以Cu固溶于MgO基的MgxCu1-xO陶瓷相,其吸光及防腐性能持久性好,更适宜于紫外辐照强的环境。
The light absorption and anti-corrosion properties of an epoxy coating and a micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating on an extruded AZ31 magnesium matrix were studied by ultraviolet artificial acceleration method.The results show that in the visible light region,the two coatings are both high absorption coatings.After 1 250 h ultraviolet acceleration irradiation,the optical absorption of the two coatings is stable.The impedance value of the organic coating decreases by three orders of magnitude and the impedance values of black ceramic layers remains stable after 1 250 h UV irradiation.Epoxy resin coatings are prone to photo-oxidation degradation under ultraviolet irradiation of isopropyl and methylene groups,which destroys the structure of the coatings and reduces the corrosion resistance.Micro-arc oxidation black ceramic coatings are MgxCu1-xO ceramic phases with Cu solid solution in MgO matrix,and the absorbance and corrosion resistance of the coatings are well maintained.Durability is more suitable for the environment with strong ultraviolet radiation.
