摘要
随着汽车产业的飞速发展,汽车连杆的需求量也越来越大,相应对连杆的锻造成形也提出更高的要求。论文针对某项目汽车连杆为研究对象,具体的锻造工艺为350k W中频感应加热炉(加热)、ARWS-370辊锻机(制坯)、MP-600t热模锻压机模锻成形、J31-160t闭式单点压力机切边和校正。借助CATIA建模获得直观的设计模型,在DEFORM有限元软件中建立了应变、温度等多因素耦合下的刚黏塑性有限元模型,以锻件的变形均匀性、充型情况、温度场、所需载荷为评价指标,分析锻造过程中上述多种因素的影响,对实际生产具有重要指导意义。
With the rapid development of automobile industry, the demand of automobile connecting rod were also growing, correspondingly the forging rod have been put forward to higher requirements. Medium frequency induction thrnace of 350kW for heating, forging rolls of ARWS-370 for prefbrging, hot forging press of MP-600 for die forging forming, closed single point press of J31-160 for trimming and calibration. The intuitive design model can be obtained by means of CATIA, and The rigid-viscoplastic finite element simulations in multithctor coupling condition of stress, temperature are established by using DEFORM finite element software. The factors, such as the filling condition ,temperature field ,load stroke, are analysed in the process of automobile connecting rod forging which will offer basis to the product.
