摘要
紫外光源属于特种光源,以产生特定波段的紫外辐射为主要目的。紫外光源具有荧光效应、生物效应、光化学效应和光电效应,适用于工业、农业、国防和医疗等领域。本文介绍了低压汞灯、中压汞灯和微波无极紫外灯的特性和优缺点,并与紫外LED对比后预测了其发展前景。
As the important kind of special light sources, ultraviolet (UV) lamps can produce UV radiation in certain spectral range. Due to the fluorescence, biological, photochemistry and photoelectrical effects, UV lamps can be widely applied in industry, agriculture, medical treatment, national defense, and so on. The characteristics and the prospects of various UV lamps are compared in this paper, including low pressure mercury lamp, medium pressure mercury lamp, microwave electrodeless UV lamp and UV LEDs.
