摘要 采用PSR模型对引水明渠的安全状态进行评价研究,在国内外相关领域研究中尚属首创,以PSR模型为基础,结合项目调研成果选取了29个影响明渠安全的PSR指标,并采用AHP法确定各PSR指标的权重,将引水明渠的安全状态划分为五个等级,即非常安全、安全、基本安全、不安全和极不安全,综合评价引水明渠所处的安全状态。最后根据PSR指标及建立的评价标准对引大入秦工程引水明渠进行安全评价,得出工程明渠处于"基本安全"状态。 The article evaluates and studies the safety sate of diversion canal by the pressure- state- response(PSR) model, which is the first study in the related fields at home and abroad. Taking PSR model as the basis and according to the study result of project, the article selects 29 PSR indexes influencing the safety of canal,and determines the weight of each PSR index by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to divide the safety state of diversion canal into five grades of very safe, safe,basic safety, unsafe and very unsafe so as to comprehensively evaluate the safety state of diversion canal. Finally, based on PSR index and the evaluation criteria, the article evaluates the safety of the diversion canal in the project of water diversion from Tadong River into Qinwangchuan Basin. The result shows that the canal of the project is at the'basic safe'state.
