摘要
虚劳病因病机的研究,对于临床的辨证论治具有重要的临床意义。本文笔者主要对虚劳的病因病机作了初步分析,认为虚劳的病因与病后失调、劳倦过极、七情损伤、先天禀赋不足、饮食失节、失治误治等有关。五脏气血阴阳的亏虚为虚劳的基本病机,虚劳病位在肝脾肾,脾胃生化乏源、肾元亏虚、肝郁气滞为虚劳的三大常见病机,虚劳的病性为虚实夹杂,病理因素中气血同源,阴阳互根。
The study of the etiology and pathogenesis of the consumptive disease has clinical significance for the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation. In this paper, the author mainly analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of the consumptive disease, and thought that it related to post-disease disorders, over-fatigue, injury of seven emotions, congenital deficiency, improper diet and mistreat-ment. The yin and yang as well as qi and blood deficiency of five zang viscera is the basic pathogenesis of consumptive disease. The dis-ease location lies in the liver, spleen and kidney. The spleen and stomach biochemical deficiency, kidney deficiency and liver qi stagna-tion is the three most common pathogenesis of consumptive disease. The nature of the disease is the intermingled deficiency and excess.The pathological factors of qi and blood had the same source as well as yin and yang.
