摘要
新型预制预应力钢筋桁架翼缘加劲肋叠合板针对现有预制叠合板的特点和利弊,旨在提高预制装配叠合板的整体受力性能、经济性和施工便利性等。对该新型双向叠合板进行了使用状态静力加载试验,结果表明,该新型双向叠合板具有较好的双向受力性能;其非预应力方向上的挠度略大于预应力方向上的挠度;非预应力方向开裂前刚度可在预应力方向开裂前刚度基础上乘以刚度折减系数,其值建议取为0.7。
Prestressed composite slab with steel truss flange ribbed panels was developed to improve the load-carrying capacity,economic efficiency and construction flexibility on the basis of various existing types of precast composite slab. In this paper,static loading test of this new two-way composite slab was conducted. Results showed that the load-carrying capacity in two directions was satisfactory; the deflection in non-prestressing direction was a little larger than that in prestressing direction; the stiffness of this new slab without cracks in non-prestressing direction could be calculated by multiplying the one in prestressing direction by a reduction coefficient,which was suggest to be 0. 7.
