摘要
近五年来,随着我国中小学教师职后教育的不断发展,学者们遂将目光聚焦于此,围绕本体性价值、现状调查和对策分析、比较教育等三个方面开展了卓有成效的研究。不足之处:缺乏理论和具体实证研究;较多研究局限于现状梳理;未形成完善的研究体系。展望未来:一是要改革研究方法,提倡实证研究;二是要抓住关键问题,分析深层原因;三是要继承前人研究,完善理论体系。
Over the past five years,with the continuous development of the post education of China's primary and secondary school teachers,scholars have focused their attention on this,and have made fruitful research in three aspects: ontological value,present situation investigation and countermeasures analysis and comparative education; the shortcomings: lack of theoretical and specific empirical research,limitation of the carding of the present situation,imperfect research system. We look forward to the future: the first we should do is to reform the research methodsand advocate empirical research; the second is to seize the key issues,and analyze the underlying causes; the third is to inherit the previous study,and improve the theoretical system.
