摘要
常规钻具在改变钻具组合特性时要频繁起钻来更换稳定器,作业周期长,效率低,同时也增大了起下钻遇阻卡的风险。研制的φ215mm双级变径稳定器,可在地面通过开停泵遥控其外径进行两级交替变化,改变钻具组合特性,不需要起钻具,提高了钻井效率,降低钻具遇阻卡的风险。现场试验表明,双级变径稳定器变径动作可靠,变径状态压差信号显示清楚,试验取得了阶段性成功。
