摘要
介绍了电机铁心的几种加工工艺,重点阐述了拼接铁心工艺以及拼接间隙问题。此外,对拼接间隙大小对电机性能的影响做了有限元计算分析,建议采用半圆形拼接槽替代方形拼接槽的优化措施。
Various types of manufacturing technique on the motor core were introduced, however, focusing on the splicing technique of the stator segment core and issues originated from the splicing gap. The finite element anal- ysis method on the motor performance influenced by the splicing gap was done as well as the structural optimization method to apply the semicircle splicing slot instead of the square splicing slot was suggested.
