摘要
新常态下的中国经济发展,必然是以经济建设为中心的发展、遵循经济规律的科学发展、遵循自然规律的可持续发展和遵循社会规律的包容性发展。保持中高速增长,既是新常态下中国经济发展的基本特征,也是中国经济发展的基本要求。中国经济中高速增长的基本动力有赖于科技创新驱动发展:"创新是引领发展的第一动力";扩大内需拉动发展:"扩大内需是中国经济自主性增长的关键";结构优化提升发展:"加快由中低端向中高端迈进";城乡区域协调促进发展:"发展差距意味着发展潜力";生态文明推动发展:"改善生态环境就是发展生产力";全面改革保障发展:"改革开放是中国发展进步的活力之源"。
Under the situation of New Normal, China＇s economic development must be a development that centered around economic construction, a scientific development that follows laws of the economy, a sustainable development that follows the laws of nature, and a inclusive development that follows the laws of society. Keeping a medium and high growth speed, is not only the basic characteristics of China＇s economic development under new normal, but also its basic requirement. The basic driving forces for medium and high speed growth lie in the following aspects： the scientific and technological innovation, as innovation is the first driving force for development; the enlarged domestic demand, as enlarged domestic demand is the key to independent growth; the optimized structure, which helps to speed up the upgrade from lower end to high end; the coordinated urban and rural development, with gaps of development mean potentials for development; the building of eco-civilization, as to improve environment is to enhance productivity; and comprehensive reforms, as reform and opening up is the source of vitality for Chin＇s development and progress.
