摘要
目的了解成都市养老机构护理管理现状,探讨提升养老护理管理的可行对策。方法对成都市31所养老机构进行走访调研。结果分级护理标准不统一,分级护理管理缺乏科学性;护理质量评估工具、评估者及评估内容缺乏统一标准;护理风险管理体系不完善。结论成都市应建立、完善养老护理服务规范,加强养老护理管理,促进养老护理质量提升。
Objective To investigate nursing management status in nursing facilities for the elderly and discuss feasible strategies to improve nursing management for the elderly. Methods Thirty - one nursing facilities for the elderly were visited and investigated with questionnaires. Results Grading nursing standards were not unified, and grading nursing managements were lack of science. Nursing quality assessment tools, assessor and assessment content were lack of uniform standards and nursing risk management system was incomplete. Conclusion The nursing service specification for the elderly should be established and perfected, in order to promote the nursing management and nursing quality for the elderly.
