摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育对实施人工耳蜗治疗患儿父母的影响。方法对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用全程健康教育,成立健康教育小组,制订健康教育内容,建立合理的院内、院外健康教育方案。采用症状自评量表、Zung焦虑自评量表、医学应对问卷对两组患儿父母心理状况进行测评。结果两组患儿父母症状自评量表及Zung焦虑自评量表在出院当天及出院后1个月的评分差异具有统计学(P<0.01);医学应对问卷中回避因子出院1个月时评分,时间、交互及组间效应差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程健康教育可以有效降低人工耳蜗患儿父母的负面情绪,有利于促进患儿的康复。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of full - stage health education on psychological status of patients with children implementing cochlear implants. Methods Patients in the control group adopted routine nursing and patients in the experimental group adopted full - stage health education including establishing a health education team, formulating health education materials, reasonable hospital and follow - up health education plans. Psychological status of patients in the two groups were investigated using Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90 ), Self - Rating Anxiety Scale (ASA) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ). Results The SAS and SCL - 90 scores of patients with sick children at the day of discharge and one month after discharge were statistically different (P 〈 0.01 ), and the avoidance dimension score of patients with sick children at one month after discharge was statistically different between two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Full - stage health education can reduce negative induced emotion of parents with children implementing cochlear implants and accelerate the healing process of sick children.
