阻化煤样的初次/二次氧化特性实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 阻化剂通过减弱煤氧复合作用和降低煤体氧化活性,减小煤体氧化速率达到抑制煤体发生自燃的目的。为研究经阻化剂处理过的煤样在初次氧化后残留阻化剂对煤样二次氧化自燃特性的影响,采用CaCl_2,NH4Cl,MgCl_2三种阻化剂对黄陵一号矿长焰煤进行阻化处理,使用程序升温实验装置进行阻化煤样的初次与二次氧化实验。结果表明:三种阻化剂对煤样具有明显的阻化效果,阻化剂使煤的临界温度升高放热强度减小,阻化煤样初次氧化临界温度大于二次氧化临界温度;初次与二次氧化时三种阻化剂阻化能力大小顺序为:CaCl_2>NH4Cl>MgCl_2,在二次氧化时初次氧化后残留的CaCl_2,NH_4Cl依然表现出较强的阻化能力,而残留的MgCl_2阻化能力明显下降。阻化剂处理煤样在初次氧化后残留阻化剂对二次氧化煤样仍具有一定的阻化作用。 The inhibitor agent can through weakening the coal and oxygen compound and reducing the oxidation activity, reduce the oxidation rate of coal and achieve the purpose of inhibiting the coal sponta- neous combustion. To study the influence of the residual inhibitor agent of coal sample treated by the in- hibitor agent after initial oxidation on secondary oxidized spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal sample, we use the CaCl2, NH4 Cl, MgCl2 inhibitor for the three kinds of agent to deal with huangling coal mine No. 1, use programmed temperature device for the first and secondary oxidation experiment of in- hibitor coal sample. Experimental study show that three kinds of inhibitors have obvious effect on the coal sample, the inhibitor agent make the critical temperature increase and the intensity of heat de- crease, the inhibitor coal sample critical initial oxidation temperature is greater than the secondary oxida- tion ; primary and secondary oxidation inhibitor for the three kinds of agent resistance ability order: CaCl2 〉 NH4Cl 〉 MgCl2, in the second oxidation the residual CaCl2, NH4Cl after the initial oxidation still shows a greater resistance ability, and the residual MgCl2 resistance ability decreased obviously. Therefore ,the inhibitor of coal sample after initial oxidation the residual resistance agent for secondary oxida- tion of coal samples still has a certain effect.
