充填开采上覆岩层移动变形研究 被引量:12

摘要 为提高充填开采对上覆岩层移动控制效果,揭示充填开采上覆岩层移动变形规律。以山西焦煤新阳煤矿为工程背景,深入地剖析了充填开采地表沉降的3个关键因素:充填前顶底板移近量,充填体欠接顶量,充填体压缩量。认为提高充填体强度和充填率是控制上覆岩层移动的2个主要途径,其中通过控制充填率来减小上覆岩层移动效果更为明显,充填体强度对于控制上覆岩层移动是有限的。采用数值模拟分析了煤矿胶结充填开采下不同充填体强度和充填率对上覆岩层移动变形情况,并进行了曲线回归分析,得出了在一定充填率下上覆岩层的下沉量曲线,而且建立了等价采高、基岩高度与岩层最大垂直位移量之间的关系式,对预测充填开采地表最大变形,指导充填开采合理充填,起到了积极作用,有着广泛的应用前景。 In order to improve the effect of the overlying strata movement with filling mining and to find out the rules in the filling mining overburden movement,in the engineering background of Shanxi eoking coal xinyang mine, the paper analyses three key factors of filling mining surface subsidence, roof-to-floor convergence before backfilling, the gap between the backfilling body and roof, and the compression a- mount of the backfilling body. The result shows the main ways to control the overlying strata movement are to increase the strength of filling body and the final compression ratio of backfilling materials. And more efficiency way is to change the final compression ratio of backfilling materials. This paper also a- dopts filling the numerical simulation analysis on overlying strata movement situation under different strength of body and the final compression ratio of backfilling materials, getting the subsidence curve under a certain compression ratio and establishing the formula about equivalent mining height, bedrock height, and the maximum vertical displacement with the help of regression analysis. This formula has a positive prospect to predict filling mining maximum ground deformation and to guide the rational filling.
