摘要
目的探讨老年髋部骨折后预防压疮形成的临床护理措施。方法将我院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的老年髋部骨折患者60例作为研究对象。在所有患者住院治疗期间均予以相应的护理措施。结果所有60例患者在住院期间出现1例患者发生I度压疮，经及时有效的临床护理措施后，很快好转并治愈，其余59例患者在住院期间均未出现压疮，且所有患者均掌握了预防压疮的自我护理措施。结论老年髋部骨折患者治疗的过程中，根据患者的临床症状和骨折程度，给予相应的临床护理措施，可以有效预防压疮的形成。
Objective To explore the prevention of pressure ulcers after hip fracture clinical nursing measures. Methods 60 ca- ses of elderly patients with hip fracture were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 as the research object. The corresponding nursing measures were given to all patients during hospitalization. Results All 60 patients occurred in the hospi tal during the 1 cases of patients with I pressure ulcers,the timely and effective clinical nursing measures,and soon improved and cured, and the remaining 59 patients were not in the hospital during the period of hospitalization, and all patients have mastered the prevention of pressure sores. Conclusion In the course of treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture,according to the clinical symptoms and fracture degree,the corresponding clinical nursing measures can effectively prevent the formation of pressure sores.
