微小RNA-125与乳腺癌关系的研究进展

摘要 微RNA-125（microRNA-125，miR125）是近年来新发现的miRNAs家族成员，其基因定位于染色体11q24上，与线虫lin-4具有较高的同源性。现有的研究显示miR125家族包括三个成员，分别是miR-125a，miR-125b-1和miR-125b-2，这三个成员间序列存在高度保守性，在功能上与包括内皮细胞在内的多种细胞的发育密切相关。
