摘要
目的分析普通外科临床实践教学中腹腔镜系统结合循证医学理念的应用效果。方法对参加临床实践教学的30名普通外科医生实施腹腔镜系统结合循证医学理念教学模式,分析应用效果。结果教学后各项考核得分均较教学前升高(P<0.05);教学后优良率较教学前升高(P<0.05)。结论在普通外科临床实践教学中腹腔镜系统结合循证医学理念应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the application of laparoscopic system combined with evidence-based medicine in clinical practice teaching of general surgery.Method30 general surgeons who participated in the clinical practice teaching were conducted laparoscopic system combined with the idea of evidence-based medicine,and analyzed the application effect.Results After teaching, the evaluation scores were significantly higher than those before clinical practice teaching （P〈0.05）,and the excellent and good rate of teaching was signiifcantly higher than that before teaching （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching of general surgery, laparoscopic system combined with the idea of evidence-based medicine has a signiifcant effect, which has promotion value.
