摘要
目的评价甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法以甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗患者82例,纳入观察组,单纯应用雌激素软膏治疗患者40例,纳入对照组,进行对比。结果观察组痊疗效愈率、痊愈+显效率高于对照组,治疗后,观察组与对照组未痊愈者子宫内膜厚度高于痊愈者,对照组未痊愈者阴道分泌物p H高于痊愈者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效较好,但疗效可能受子宫内膜厚度影响。
Objective Evaluation of metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods The 82 cases with metronidazole suppositories combined estrogen ointment in the treatment of patients into observation group, a simple application of estrogen ointment in the treatment of patients with 40 cases, were included in the control group, were compared.Results Observation of curative effects of group healed cure rate, cure ＋ markedly effective rate was higher than that of control group, after treatment, observe group and the control group did not recover their endometrial thickness is higher than the recovered, control group did not recover in vaginal secretions pH higher than recovered, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis, but the effect may be affected by the thickness of the endometrium.
