摘要
为了提高医院临床护理教学过程中的教学质量,增强实际的教学效果,提高带教护士的临床带教水平,应该成立专业的指导小组辅助对护理专业学生的实践教学。该文主要分析的是实施护理教学小组辅助护理教学的管理模式。
In order to improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing in the process of teaching, strengthen practical teaching effect, improve teaching level of clinical teaching nurses, should set up the practice teaching on nursing students＇ professional guidance team assistant. This paper mainly analyzes the implementation of group nursing teaching auxiliary nursing teaching manage-ment mode.
