农村中学生心理健康状况调查与体育干预研究——以临泉县第二中学为例

摘要 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验教学法等研究方法,采用中国科学院心理研究所王极盛教授1997年编制的中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS),以下简称MSSMHS。对安徽省临采县第二中学学生心理健康进行调查。结果表明:临采县第二中学学生心理健康问题较严重,学生学习压力过大,焦虑程度高,人际关系敏感、敌对情绪严重,情绪平衡状况差;在影响学生心理健康的因素中,认知、意志、家庭、学校等因素对心理健康影响较大;体育干预对学生心理健康有积极的促进作用。 Through the literature material law,the methods of questionnaire investigation,experimental teaching method.Using psychological research institute,Chinese academy of sciences wang jisheng.a professor in 1997 compiled fay the middle school student mental health scale(MSSMHS),hereinafter referred to as MSSMHS.Investigating the linquan county in anhui province the second middle school students' mental health.Results show that the linquan county second middle school students' mental health problems more serious,students' learning pressure is too large,high degree of anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,emotional balance,sports intervention for;In the factors that affect students' mental health,cognitive,will,family,school and other factors on the influence on mental health;Sports intervention for students' mental health has a positive role in promoting.
