双重保护层开采效果考察数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对乌兰煤矿下伏双重保护层开采对上覆被保护层保护范围的划分难题,基于有限差分法,结合保护层顶底板煤岩层的物理力学参数和地质特征,采用FLAC3D软件模拟计算了下伏7#、8#煤层先行开采后其上覆的2#、3#突出煤层变形场的变化过程,得出保护层开采后被保护层顶底板位移量,进而计算出煤层的最大膨胀变形量大于煤层厚度3‰的临界点,确定出双重保护层开采后被保护层沿倾向和走向的保护范围.结果表明,7#、8#煤层双重保护层开采后其上覆被保护层2#和3#煤层沿倾向上下边界的卸压角分别为78°、57°和80°、77°,沿走向的卸压角分别为52°和61°.研究结果对乌兰煤矿今后进行下保护层开采效果考察设计工作以及安全开采2#、3#煤层具有重要的理论指导作用. To aim at the problem of the protection range division of the overlying protected seam affected by the mining of the underlying double protective seam in Wulan Coal Mine, calculation was carried out on the change process of the deformation field of the overlying No. 2 and 3 outburst seams after the mining of the underlying No. 7 and 8 seams based on the finite difference method, according to the physical and mechanical parameters and the geological characteristics of roof and floor rock strata of the protective seam and by using FLAC3D simulation software, the roof-to-floor convergence of the protected seam after the mining of the protective seam was obtained, the maximum expansion deformation of the coal seam was calculated and it was greater than the critical point of 3 ‰ thickness of coal seam, and the protection range of the protected seam along the dip and strike after the mining of the protective seam was determined. The results showed the pressure relief angles of the overlying No. 2 and 3 protected seams along their upper and lower boundaries of the dip after the mining of No. 7 and 8 double protective seams were respectively 78° or 57° and 80° or 77°, and that along the their strike were 52° and 61°. The research results have significant theoretical guidance role for the mining effect investigation of the protective seam and the safe mining of overlying No. 2 and 3 outburst seams in the future in Wulan mine.
