摘要
采用回顾性调查法,通过对2011-2013年扬州市二、三级医院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的情况进行考察,对全市23所二级以上医院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动情况进行检查并总结分析.结果表明,经过3年的抗菌药物专项整治活动,各医院抗菌药物应用各项指标得到了一定程度的控制,但对不合理用药的干预措施及力度不一,效果差异较大.抗菌药物使用率、使用强度高,清洁手术预防用药比例高,品种选择不恰当、疗程长及联合用药不妥等不合理现象仍然存在.对此,各医院还应通过技术、行政等有效手段,进一步加大干预力度,促进抗菌药物临床应用能力和管理水平的持续改进,力求各项指标达标.
The effects of the implementation of strict antibiotic restriction policy in secondary and tertiary hospitals from 2011 to 2013 in Yangzhou were evaluated by means of retrospective investigation. After the policy implementation for 3 years, all kinds of indicators showed improvement to a certain degree.However, the interventions on unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents varied and the results were quite different. The application ratio and intensity of antimicrobial agents as well as the clean surgical prophylactic use rate were all at high levels. There also existed unreasonable selection of drug species, course of treatment and drug combination. In order to meet the standard of regulations, it is urgent to strengthen interventions, improve the application ability and management level of clinical use of antibacterials through effective technical and administrative means.
