摘要
提出一种纳秒级窄脉宽脉冲光检测方法及峰值功率校准方法,探讨了窄脉宽脉冲光检测及峰值功率校准的研究意义,介绍了窄脉宽脉冲光检测及峰值功率的校准原理、校准方法及步骤。实验表明,该方法在仅有平均光功率测试平台,无峰值光功率计的情况下,可以进行脉冲光峰值功率的校准。
The paper presented a kind of nanosecond narrow--pulsed light detection method and peak power calibration method, summarized the research significance of narrow-pulsed light detection and peak power calibration. The principle,method and steps of narrow--pulsed light detection and peak power calibration were introduced. The experiment showed that the method can calibrate the peak power of pulsed light in the situation that only average optical power testing platform without peak optical power meter.
