摘要
《寿世保元》为明朝内府御医龚廷贤所著,是著名的宫廷医学养生全编。其载翻胃分为血虚、气虚、有痰、有热4大类,其发生总由脾胃内伤,郁而生痰,痰气相搏致饮食不下而成。治疗当以顺气化痰、温脾养胃为基本治则,擅用陈皮、人参、甘草、白术、白茯苓、半夏、当归、黄连等药,以四君子汤与二陈汤加减,配以黄连、香附、麻仁等,总奏清湿热、疏肝、润肠之功。其对后世医家治疗翻胃具有重要的参考价值。
Shou Shi Bao Yuan is the famous work written by GONG Tingxian who was a physician in Ming Dynasty, talking about the whole series of palace medical health. Regurgitation divided into four categories, which are blood deficiency, qi deficiency, phlegm and heat. It appears total by the spleen and stomach internal injuries, depression results in phlegm, phlegm fighting with qi leading to inability to get food down. The basic therapeutic principles are regulating qi activity for removing phlegm and warming spleen and nourishing stomach. Good at using tangerine peel, ginseng, licorice, atractylodes, white poria cocos, Pinellia ternate, angelica, rhizoma coptidis and so on, based on Si jun zi decoction and Er chen decoction, adding rhizoma coptidis, nutgrass galingale rhizome, castor seed, ect, pla- ying a role of clearing heat, dispersing stagnated liver and moistening intestines. It has an important reference value for the treatment of regurgitation to the later physicians.
