摘要
以灰铸铁件左立柱为例,分析冒口参数对灰铸铁件补缩效果的影响。通过改变冒口及冒口颈高度和直径参数,利用华铸CAE软件,对初步设计的左立柱工艺方案进行凝固过程模拟。模拟结果表明:冒口高度和直径的改变未能有效增加冒口的补缩效果;改变冒口颈高度和直径对改善冒口补缩效果有着明显的影响,可明显减少铸件的缩孔、缩松等缺陷。
Taking left column gray iron casting as an example, effects of riser parameters on gray iron feeding were analyzed. By using of HuazhuCAE software and changing the parameters of height and diameter of riser and riser neck, solidification processes of preliminary left column process scheme were simulated. The simulation results show that the riser height and diameters change failed to increase the feeding effects; the change of riser neck height and diameter has obvious effect on improving the feeding effect, which can obviously decrease the shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage defects of the casting.
