摘要
考虑到实际生产过程中不可避免地存在建模误差及干扰噪声,提出了结合全局解析冗余关系法和指数加权移动平均(EWMA)滤波技术与自适应阈值评价法传感器微小故障检测与隔离方法。介绍了三容水箱混杂系统可能出现的微小故障,并分析了三容水箱系统的结构及特点。利用混合键合图模型的全局解析冗余关系方法产生残差,再通过EWMA滤波技术和自适应阈值评价残差,实现传感器微小故障的检测与隔离。最后利用20-sim键合图仿真软件和Matlab联合仿真,验证了该方法在传感器微小故障检测与隔离的可行性。
Taking into account the impact of modeling errors and measurement noise were unavoidable in the actual production process,the paper proposed the sensor incipient fault detection and isolation method combined with the global analytical redundancy relation,exponentially weighted moving average filter technology and adaptive threshold evaluation method.The paper analyzed the structure and characteristics of three tank hybrid system and introduced its incipient faults which may occur.In order to realize the sensor incipient fault detection and isolation,the global ana- lytical redundancy relation method of hybrid bond graph model was utilized to generate residuals,and evaluated it by EWMA filter technology and adaptive threshold method.Finally 20-sim and matlab were used to simulate and verify the feasibility of this method in sensor incipient fault detection and isolation.
