摘要 主要简述脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,SVD)与血管性认知功能障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)的关系。SVD包括腔隙性脑梗死、脑微出血、脑白质病变或脑白质疏松三种类型,三者均与VCI密切相关,均可导致认知功能下降。因SVD起病隐袭,在临床工作中常被忽略,早发现、早干预SVD对预防VCI至关重要。 This paper reviews the relationship between cerebral small vessel disease (SVD)and vas-cular cognitive impairment (VCI).SVD includes lacunar infarction,cerebral microbleeds,and white mat-ter lesions or leukoaraiosis.The three types of SVD are closely correlated with VCI and can result in cog-nitive decline.Because of the insidious onset,SVD is often neglected in the clinical work.Therefore,early detection and intervention of SVD are very important for the prevention of VCI.
