摘要
为满足海军部队后勤保障灵活性需求,节约物资库存成本,在随机需求、随机提前期的条件下,以成本最小化为目标,构建基于非中心化混合存储策略的军事供应链多级库存管理模型,设计遗传算法对模型进行求解。应用遗传算法全局寻优、智能搜索的特性确立模型的订货点、订货批量、订货周期等库存管理参数,达到降低供应链库存成本目的。算例结果表明,该模型与算法能够为制定军事供应链多级库存管理策略提供参考。
Under the condition of random leadtime and stochastic ,the military supply chain multi-echelon inventory management model is built based on mixed storage strategy for cost saving and satisfy the need of navy force .By determining the proper point ,the amount and period of ordering ,the multi-echelon inventory is optimized .The genetic algorithm is em-ployed to solve the cost-saving model .Finally ,the feasibility and effective of the model and algorithms are verified through an example .
