摘要 随着汽车工业的快速发展,车用纺织产品向着高性能、多功能、差别化和个性化以及环保健康的方向发展。基于车用聚酯纤维产业的发展机遇,重点介绍原液着色聚酯纤维的关键技术,包括色母粒造粒技术和色母粒注射添加与分散技术,工艺流程以及产品优势与不足分析。并阐述原液着色车用聚酯纤维在汽车内饰纺织品领域中的应用及纤维发展趋势,如功能性聚酯纤维、差别化聚酯纤维和可再生聚酯纤维等。原液着色车用聚酯纤维具有生产工艺简单、绿色环保、节能降耗,产品颜色均匀、稳定性好等优点,已广泛应用于汽车座椅、扶手、车顶、立柱遮阳板等部位。 With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the automotive interior textiles are developing in the direction of high performance, multi-functions, differentiation, personalization and environment-friendly and health-care protection. Based on the development opportunities of the polyester fiber industry used for automotive, this paper introduces in detail the key technology of dope dyed polyester fiber, including the masterbatch granula- tion, masterbatch injection addition and dispersion technology, the process, advantages and disadvantages of the product. And it also expounds the application of the dope dyed polyester fiber used in the fields of automotive interi- or textiles and the developing trend of the fiber, such as functional polyester fiber, differential polyester fiber and regenerated polyester fiber and so on. Dope dyed polyester fiber used for automotive textiles has the advantages of simple production process, green environmental protection, energy saving, product color uniformity, good stability and so on, which has been widely used in the automotive interior parts of seat, armrest, roof, column sunblinds, etc..
