摘要
目的正确认识背书包这一致驼背因素,摒弃不利健康的背书包习惯,关心青少年的健康成长。方法通过对某学校中小学生一年级至初三年级450人,长期负重情况及背书包重量、时间的调查,进行生物力学分析,对照30岁以上无背书包行为的人群,认识背书包是青少年致驼的重要因素。结果背书包负重会出现前胸及腹肌肌力增强,背肌肌力下降,前后不平衡,后期引起头颈前伸,胸椎不可逆的呈楔形改变,曲度加大。结论青少年长期背书包致头颈前伸,双肩高耸,胸颈椎中上段屈度加大,且年龄越小影响越大,很难纠正,应引起足够的重视,建议:①书包尽可能轻;②采取背、前挂、左右斜挎、手提几种方法交替使用,预防驼背。
