摘要
华蟾素是从中药干蟾皮中提取出来的水溶性制剂,属于国家二类新药。已有大量的研究证实,华蟾素可以用于防治肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤,可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、增强免疫机能、抑制肿瘤血管生成等方面发挥抗肿瘤作用。文章主要总结华蟾素抗恶性肿瘤的不同机制及其不良反应等方面的研究进展。
Cinobufotalin is the water - soluble formulation which is extracted from traditional Chinese medicine dried toad skin, belongs to national second class drug. Numerous studies have confirmed that cinobufotalin can be used to control liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and other malignant tumors, which can played the anti -tumor effect by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis induction, enhance immune function and tumor angiogenesis. In this paper,we will the summary the research progress on different anti - tumor mechanisms and adverse reactions of Cinobnfagin.
