摘要
以某汽车企业生产的安全带卷收器总成制品为研究对象,运用控制图法对该产品的关键生产过程进行动态控制;通过质量分析,确定影响过程稳态的重要原因并进行改进;直到过程达到稳态,并且过程能力分析达到较好状态。发现运用统计过程控制方法可以在一定程度上控制质量问题的出现,由此降低了产品的不合格品率,使得安全带卷收器总成制品的质量得到有效改善。
Seat belt retractors produced by an automobile company are studied. Using the sta tistical process control method, the key production process of the product is under control. Quali- ty analysis is applied to determine the key causes affecting the statistical state of the process until the process is in the stationary state and the process capability analysis in a good state. It is found that SPC can be used to control occurrence of quality problems, reduce fraction defects of the product, and thus effectively improve quality of seat belt retractors.
