异常冲动形成机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着分子生物学及生物物理学研究进展及对心律失常发生机制的研究的不断深入,在基因、离子通道以及细胞学等方面人们对心律失常的理解得到了充分的更新。笔者根据目前研究的结果对冲动形成异常(包括异常自律性增强和触发2种)的可能的细胞离子机制进行探讨。
